Bad customer service
Too bad My recommendation to not buy from this store
The actual product is different from the advertise pictures
When i made an order the description and picture was for 500gr in plastic bottle. When I pick up the stuff and open the box at home ,it's glass bottle and only 375gr. I bought 6 bottle of it too. Anyway I did call and ask if its the wrong product they pack for me, and I got the explanation that the adverse picture was wrong. it suppossed to be the glass one. And the person said sorry because it was misleading. And offer me if I want to bring it back to get a refund, but I just could not be bothered. It was a good deal but just not what I expected to carry the glass bottle in my suitcase nor what I ordered for. 375 gr compare to 500 gr is a big different. Thanks

Amazing honey! I have been buying this Happy Valley NZ Propolis & Honey for years. I have sensitive gums, however, this is good, it's not overly sweet. It has a slight waxy taste, but it is great for boosting my immune system!
