Returns Policy for New Zealand Customers

At Happy Valley, we want you to shop with confidence. For our New Zealand customers, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • You shipped the item to a New Zealand address.
  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@happyvalley.co.nz. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@happyvalley.co.nz. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Prodcuts sent internationally, New Zealand customs does not allow honey back into the country.
  • If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges after the unwanted product is returned to us. Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch the exchanged product until we have received the original item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Returns are quite rare for us. However, we cannot sell returned items as new. These are either offered to staff or donated to people in need.
