Honey & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana
1 dessert spoon of tawari honey
4 tbsp plain low-fat yoghurt
1 cup low-fat milk
Method
Peel a frozen banana.
Add banana, honey, plain low-fat yoghurt and low-fat milk to a blender (or use a stick blender).
Blend, pour and enjoy.
