Q:
Kia ora!
I received my Bee Pollen granules today and couldn’t be happier🥰
Just wondering how to best store the granules, do I keep it in the fridge or the pantry?
Also, is it ok to have the granules as is or do we have to let them be absorbed in liquid first? For example, when making overnight oats, you would leave the oats to absorb overnight - does a similar thing need to happen here so the granules can be digested well?
Thanks so much!

Hi there! They are best kept in the fridge to maintain freshness, nutrients and potency, but the pantry would be okay too.
There isn't a lot of research into whether they are best soaked or not; presoaking may increase the ease and efficiency with which the digestive system breaks down and absorbs the compounds, however this isn't really necessary for everyone. But if you suffer from any digestive issues - soaking first would be best.
